My best guess is Lance Berkman. Without using Baseball Reference’s PI (which would make this task considerably easier), Berkman’s RBI seasons of 136 (’06), 128 (’02), and 126 (’01) appear to be in the top 10 I could find. The only seasons by a seitch hitter I could find with more RBI than Berkman’s 126 were Teixeira’s 144 (’05), and Mantle’s 130 (’56) and 128 (’61). There may be others, but I’m willing to bet there are not 5 others.
